Mars Rover
 

The Mars Rover seems to be ALL wheel drive.
The only question is, how many wheels are driven.

It also seems to have ALL wheel steering.

I think all the wheels are driven, but only four of them steer (and in opposite directions). The middle two wheels do not steer.

So, here's my question about the whole Mars thing:

We've got the Rover named "Spirit," right?

Our friends 'cross the pond have the "Beagle."

Now, was "Beagle" a parody of the U.S. Moon Lander "Eagle" or, is their Beagle named Rover?:confused:

I hear one of the deployed cushioning balloons was in the way, so the rover couldn't exit at the stern. It'll have to exit at the bow. Wow!
