Tranny pan tightening procedure

I have a leaking tranny pan that I can't stop, so I am getting a new pan, gasket and bolts. Does anyone know what the torque is on the tranny pan bolts and if there is a specific procedure to tighten the bolts?

The only process I know is to tighten the bolts in order around the pan. (not criss-cross)

Hmmm....I always do it criss-cross from the center out to avoid stress bends in the mddle. I also use hi-temp RTV on the pan and tranny and a gasket (cork or rubber in the middle of the RTV sandwich).
