Anybody recognize this SVX 5 speed conversion and paint work. Owner here in NC says it belonged to a GM mechanic in PA who did the conversion and paint job.

This svx was in the process of being completed back in early 2015 by a student in a tech program my wife and I almost purchased it over our 97 but it wasn't far enough along. Since then one of our newest members on svxnation has acquired it after looking for one for some time.
