SVX Sighting in Mass
 

Hi everyone. I came across a 94 at a local small town garage today. It had a 2003 inspection sticker on it. I know the garage owner and my guess is someone had him take it in to see about getting it on the road. My guess is he will tell them thanks but no thanks and the car will be junkyard bound as he works on far simpler cars. I will call tomorrow to get the story to make sure the car does not suffer that fate without someone here getting a shot at it. The interior seemed very nice. There is a bit of corrosion on the engine but the body looks good. It has ABS and dual airbags. VIN Jf1cx3450rk102938

Too nice to wreck ... Did you get a $ on it. Did you ask why it will not run ( wait you didn't say not running ) what is wrong with it. That little oxidation on the intake cleans up easy. Where in Mass are you and where is the car?

Another rare 94 pearlie. This being a FWD LS model.

That looks like the shop on Rt. 27 in Maynard- not sure about the graphics on the side, but I'd certainly take a shot at rescuing that!

The car is in Scituate Mass. The car has low tires, a 2003 inspection sticker and a Scituate beach sticker so it has probably been sitting in someone’s garage for 8 or 9 years. That is not uncommon there. I will check on the rest tomorrow and let everyone know. I love white. I wish I had room for it.

As a reminder, there was roughly 50-60ish '94 Pearls sent to the US

Makes me sad every time I think about the one I almost bought :(

I called the garage today and they said they are working on it for a customer. I will see if I can contact the owner to point them this way.
