CARFAX my replacement trans?
Help!
My replacement 4.44 Outback trans has VIN TZ102Z2CBA-DT with another number 197074. [January '97?, a '96 car?] Using the VIN, will a CARFAX reveal the miles on the car when wrecked? Can someone with Subaru connections confirm the 4.44 ratio by the VIN? Thanks, any help is appreciated! |

Anyway, bought a good tap, swapped the bent wrecker lines for oil lines from busted trans, the days are growing longer, so, ready to go! And the boys are asking when we are going to put the trans in. That's nice to see. Thanks for the note! |
Thats the # on my 1997 Legacy Outback. In boxer6"s locker there are two 1996 Legacy Outback trannys.http://www.subaru-svx.net/photos/files/boxer6/19192.jpg
