My stepdad and I will be installing 4.44's tomorrow in there new to them SVX. I finally won't be the only one in Ohio, But I'm still gonna smoke him.:cool::D

Here's a pic of it and I'll take some up to date ones tomorrow during the swap.

One thing about those ugly graphics, they make the car memorable. I remember this car from ebay, then again when the transmission quit on the new owner.

We got the tranny in today and it looks to be in excellent condition. Everything is hooked up and ready to go. All we need to do is fill up the fluids in the tranny and diff and get the rear diff together and it will be rolling 4.44 style.:cool: The old tranny was shot to crap! the front diff had teeth missing and the torque converter just spins freely like it's attached to nothing at all. It will be completed next weekend and I'll post how it goes.:)

Do you mean since 2001 you have not stumbled upon th "winter" switch????:eek:

I leave mine in winter mode too because they just work smoother.
