Brake light ?

The passed couple of day is has been really cold here like 0 to -5 and some days I get in the car and the brake light on the dash is on. The parking brake has not been on in my car for over a week.

Could this be from the parking brake switch or some thing like ice in the brake fluid tank?

mine did this to the other day but i had my handbrake on i opened the hood to check the fluid after i opened thecap and seen it was full i got back in and the light was out dont think thats what fixed it but give it a try

Your fluid is probably a few drops low.
