I feel your pain, & I truly understand the embarassment FWRSSS has caused you. But due to an unprecedented demand for this new product, even surpassing the highly successful Mini-Turbo Charcoal Enhancer, RIPIMOFF's highly skilled scientists have been strapped to keep up with the demand. And believe me, I personally strap them every morning.
