Photoshop wheels onto SVX

Not sure what forum to put this in but could someone who knows their way around photoshop (or another similar program), photoshop a set of silver BBS sti rims onto a claret svx...interested to see what it looks like. Thanks, Chris

What year SVX?

What year STi?

Trick is finding pic of wheels and car that are both remotely the same perspective. Let me know and I'll work on it...

Does not matter what year SVX as they were all the same. Same thing with the STi's, all the BBS wheels that came on them were the same.

'08 STi BBS wheels are completely different. And I don't know if they still called the Burgundy color "Claret" in later years, but I wanted to know if you wanted solid color or Burgundy/Black two-tone.

In the meantime, here are the '08 STi non-BBS wheels on Black, and '08 Tribeca wheels on Black, just 'cause I wanted to see them...

I think the '08 Tribeca wheels look particularly sweet.

processenger has tribeca wheels on an ebony and they are quite hot... The 08's are different you are right, but you also will not be able to find them for a while. I do not think that the 08's are BBS's either... Not sure on that last one as some of the old STi BBS's were made after BBS was sold (to Enkei?)

haha thanks subasteevo, ask and thou shall receive! Hmmm, not sure if i am sold on it, definately glad to have this pick for a reference!

Yeah, that's actually his car in the p'shop. That way I can size 18" wheels properly. They do look sweet.

All I know is the '08 STi in our showroom has a $2000 premium over the one on the lot with the factory 5 spokes due to the BBS package. Also includes fog lights, BTW.

OT - I didn't know BBS got acquired by Enkei. When did that go down?

sicksubie 03-01-2008 01:23 PM

2006 I believe....

How about on a Polo Green? I like the rims but I just don't know what color to go for on my Polo Green car? Gold or Silver? I was thinking Silver only because I have the Gray interior. Any pictures out there showing the the different color rims on the Polo?

I saw silver Tribeca wheels on a Polo. Looked pretty nice.

2006 tribecca wheels on Ebony

Here's a closeup of the 2006 Tribecca wheels on our 97. I am watching for a set of Sti wheels for our black over Liquid :D Silver. Does anyone have pix or has seen all-silver SVX?
