'95 Svx L
 

Hey, im looking into getting a second SVX and im wondering, is 4900$ a good price for a '95 L with 73K on it?

Assuming decent condition Id say way good considering I bout my 92 with 158k for $4k

What are the other details on the car?

Fwd?
 

If it is FWD and not AWD, I would say that was just a little high, but other factors such as overall condition and color factor in also.

umm.......73K miles, its an L with AWD, cloth interior, the engine is real clean, NO RUST at all (its been a Texas car its entire life) the paint is starting to fade on the mirrors and on the panel below the rear window (the part that has the SVX decals on it) besides that theres only 2-3 chips, theres a dent in front of the passenger side rear wheel but it looks like it will pop out easily.

I would guess red as well (Barcelona Red). :) The plastic goes bad on them first. :)

did the brilliant red SVX's come in 96? When did they stop the barcelona red color? I would guess its barcelona red as well.

1993-1994 was Barcelona Red
1995-1997 was Brilliant Red

yep, its brilliant red, it looks real nice even with the little bit of wear. im thinking im gonna paint the roof and the trunk lid black like the euro SVX's.

Go for it! The Tranny is the wildcard. Good price if you get lucky with that. :p

Im not planing on the tranny lasting more than about 30-40k more miles, if it goes its getting replaced with 4.11's. It did put my '92 to shame though (performance and handling).

$4.9k for 73k mile L AWD sounds great to me if the car is in good condition.
