I wish this was true.. Each sign is the same pic with different text.. You just type what you want it to say on the interwebz and then it renders the image for you..

The others are, but the first one (Zombies ahead) isn't. If you look at the light patterns they are all different. For example, the top horizontal line of the B has one bright light (top row, second from left), which the other horizontals don't have. On the other pics that line was used to make the other letters.
