5speed '92 on BaT
The rims are not to my taste, also some of the under side pics leave my wondering about hidden problems (lots of rusty bits):
https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1992-subaru-svx-17/ The 5 speed conversion looks like it's done with a cable clutch since I don't see a second master cylinder. Will be following to see what it sells for. |
Re: 5speed '92 on BaT
That is a very nice example for sure. I think it was bought via craigslist jus last year or so.
Really nice. Values/prices on our cars seem to be heading up. It will be interesting to see what this one goes for. |
Re: 5speed '92 on BaT
Looks like Tommy Crowfoots old car. The swap was done by Old Tom. Those wheels are awful

Those wheels might look nice on my BAJA which is white with silver cladding.
I have dark gunmetal (stock)colored wheels on the BAJA now. I'm attaching a photo of my Baja showing the wheels. |

Re: 5speed '92 on BaT
Somebody really liked those wheels. Final selling price: $9,250
I feel that's an amazing price! |
Re: 5speed '92 on BaT
I didnt mind the wheels :p
And that price was a huge shocker |
Re: 5speed '92 on BaT
At this rate I may only have to hang on to my '97 until I'm 70 in ten years for it to be worth some real money.

I have a '97 Bordeaux Pearl as well with 55,000 miles. |
Re: 5speed '92 on BaT
I'm willing to bet that mine is the only one that has the faint aroma of "Eau de Chivas" thanks to Ron. :D

Re: 5speed '92 on BaT
Yeah, this was Tommy's car. He tried to buy it back from them but the price went too high.
