How many speeding tickets in your SVX ?
 

I just got my 4th ticket last week :mad:

How about listing these:

#SpeedingTicketsInSVX / #SpeedingWarningsInSVX / #yrs you've owned your SVX

4tickets / 1warning / 9yrs

Anybody else feel that this car is too dang smooth to sense what speed you are going at ? :D

3 tickets / 3 warnings / 6 years

1 ticket / 0 warnings / 1.5 yrs

7 years 0 tickets, 5 verbal warnings (all of which were for running with high beams in normal traffic... cough or office those would be fog lights!). Have gotten 3 tickets in that same time just in different cars. Who says arrest me red gets ya caught?

Zero, Zero, 2.8 years.

0 Tickets, 0 Warnings, 2 years of Owning.

2 tickets (1 speeding, 1 rolling a stop sign)/ 1 warning/ 1 year and 5 months

8 tickets / 4 warnings / 9 years...

I have however, not had a ticket/warning in approximately 6 years... *knock on wood*

Simple math tells us that if the above statement is true, then you recieved 8 tickets in 3 years! Holy crap leadfoot!

0 tickets, 0 warnings, 2.5 yrs owned

Driving responsibly, most of the time, and with eyes open wide. ;)

Three warnings since then, (the only warnings I ever had!) the first one was plain wrong, he got the wrong car, and the second one, was about 5 over in a 400hp truck one Sunday morning, and the last one, I'm sure he got the speeding truck behind me. He pulled over both of us.:o

Though I got speeding ticket right away when I got my Lexus...

That was the joy of living in a state that didnt comunicate with the state my insurance was in... therefore tickets != points. As long as I could afford the ticket, I was OK.

It was also the first 3 years I owned the car, and I was young (21) and lead footed. As you can see now, I am either lucky, smarter, or just drive slower... you decide.

Also, I was living in NJ at the time. And they are speed Nazi's there. The only state I have ever recieved a ticket in was NJ... Warnings were PA(1), NJ(2), and MD(1). Hell I got my FIRST ticket EVER after living in NJ for a MONTH. And I had been driving about 5 years at that point.

No tix/no warnings in nearly 3 years of SVX ownership.

My last speeding ticket came in my fire-breathing, pavement-pounding, tire-blistering, 90 horsepower '86 Suby GL AWD wagon.
