solution to the humming noise from engine?
 

ok so i had this humming noise from my engine everytime i would start it...i always thought it was the power steering since the noise was coming from around that area......i got my oil changed today and so far that noise hasnt come back...pretty weird huh!.....its only been a day but i have started the engine about 6 times today and not once did it make that noise whereas before i got the oil changed it used to make the noise every single time i would start the car.....who knows mayb it will come back tomorrow but for now its gone and i am happy!......if it doesnt come back thats a pretty strange fix isnt it?

opps i just realized this thread is in the wrong section...i tried to move it but i can't...anyone who can plz feel free to move it to the right section

Maybe the guys who changed your oil topped off your PS fluid for ya.
