Putting him in prison would not solve any of the issues at hand, and when he was released, may return to the same tasks, or worse. he needs to be properly treated for the problems, not thrown away in jail and forgotten about. Hopefully, people will start to understand that jail is not the end all, tell all, solution. Rehabilitation, in theory, and in practice, has produced significantly better results, as near 80% of people in prison are repeat offenders.
