Aussie Subaru Swap Meet thread

Ok ok ok! Who wants a piece of the action? Gather 'round...

I have some old L series subie stuff:
Full workshop manuals (5 books I think?)
An alloy bull bar (brand spanking new, unused)
(I seem to recall belly plates? Not sure though. It is possible I could track them down if I have them)

And some leftover bits and pieces of an SVX front cut. There are:
Set of front discs
ABS unit with the lines 'pinched' off
The panels, the motor itself (and all attachments) and most of the normal interior bits are either gone, used or I never got them. EDIT: Someone did stop by from a car place nearby and picked up a fair bit, so I'm left with very little. Mostly now it's unimportant parts from around the engine, and possibly parts of steering arm or suspension. (Not sure, need to check)... end EDIT

If there is something here, or anything specific you think you need that I might have, PM me or let me know otherwise. I'm looking for serious offers or worthwhile swaps.

Anyone else got bits of Subaru lying around?

Got some bits eh?

Just sold my old ('91!?) L series, so not much good to me..
BUT,
What color was your SVX front-cut, and what condition is the bonnet??
Also, did you end up with a left over timing belt cover (centre)?
What about O2 sensors?
I just wish I had the time (and/or money) to rebuild an engine. :(
Sudden thought! How about a power steer head with (or without) a working pressure sensor?!
My modified Liberty one is working, but you just never know!

On another note, I took some time off today (Monday) and finished changing all my rocker cover screw grommets.
Seven months back I changed my rocker cover gaskets, but didn't want to shell out for the 20 grommets @ $5.45 each! so I used some rubber grommets I came across.
BAD MOVE, these things eventually disolved from the heat and oil, and I had oil going everywhere!
The trick is to buy Liberty grommets @ $2.95 each! :D
Arthur.
