Man its been a frustrating begining of the week. First, on Sunday, I go to take off the wheels I bought from wheelguyz.com. There "stainless" lug nuts rusted out completely and jammed unto my lugs. My lugs were stripped getting the nuts off. I was very, very angry. I called the wheelguyz.com company right away. They gave me some crap that they couldn't handle my complaint today and to call back tommorow. I was very calm with the person. I called back today and spoke to somehow. They put me on hold for 15 minutes then the "service supervisor" and the "customer service supervisor" (all in one!) came on the phone. He proceeded to curse at me and say that I insulted his employees and i had threatend them. He was screaming into the phone at this point. He said I have an old Subaru SDR thats probably got rusted out lugs in the first place. I corrected him and said its an SVX and it has 50,000 miles and was garage kept. He said that he has 25 years expierience and that I am stupid and don't know what im talking about. I said I do know that your lug nuts messed up my lugs. He then began screaming at me again and called me a f##$#@ stupid idiot and some other crap I couldnt understand and ended by saying that I am a F^&*^ A$$hole and then he hung up on me. I said hmm.. what to do now. Ive probably lost my money, so I wrote a letter to the Better Buisness Bureau. I urge all of you to avoid wheelguyz.com. My car is now in the shop with over 90 worth of repairs being done and im out of it for a few days. Avoid wheelguyz.com!
