Alternate CV axles?
 

Are there any alternative front CV axles to the OEM ones? I think i've had one go bad for every year i've owned the svx. What's wrong with these, why do they break so much??? Right now two of my 'bad' ones still work fine but they make ominous clicking noises. Not safe for auto-x methinks. We'll find out saturday I guess :rolleyes:

you could throw some duct tape on them... no there is a website that sells life time warenty axles i think is www.raxles.com

Yes, that is the place that sells them. :) A friend of mine just got one at NAPA and they had them in stock. Less than $100.

$66.99 (with core trade in) in fact, and they even had one in albuquerque! Hopefully this one lives long and prosper.
