Talked with the law enforcement community today. The 'visable' stuff was not enough to convict. However, there is a blue Polaris 4 wheeler in a garage that I have a 'vested' interest in, that matches the discription of a stolen machine, that building has had the lock changed without my permission or approval!
I have 'offered' to put a new lock on that door and allow my 'witnesses' access to the facility.
Since that garage is over 100 feet from the house that I have been denied access to, and I have talked to land lords extensively, about 'out buildings'. I am within my rights!
From what I have been told by law enforcement, they have enough to CONVICT 5 of them!
We are working on the other 2 now!
I, again, offered them access to MY shops! I have NOTHING to hide! I just need RID of these criminals!


UPDATE!!! The Polaris was stolen from a local Roofing company. When the Trooper told me who owned it, I KNEW the guy! When I told him, the owner, that the guy living there was a 'crack addict' he was concerned about going there to get it! (yea! The PUKE is not in jail yet)
I got some 'back-up' in case the cops don't want to go.
I OWN the same rifle that the city cops use for their 'sniper'. The retired 'sniper' for the city cops has HELD my rifle and smiled! I use a BUSINESS card for a target at 100 yards. That scope makes it look like a sheet of printer paper!
That rifle will be on the roof of my car, parked on MY hill, next to a guy with a camera and a guy that can shoot really good next to him, while I ride in with the guy that ownes the 4 wheeler.
Whatever happens will be FILMED!!
When 'Crack-baby' anthony sees my car on the hill with 2 guys standing next to it, a rifle case on the roof, a camera rolling film. I expect him to run back into MY house and hide!
I will be securing that garage and only releasing its contents by COURT ORDER!!
About court, I have a date with the JUDGE on wed of next week. The 26th.

A 'GOOD' thing has happened.

Now, the Cops decided that I should not provide my own cover, so they sent an 'escort'. He decided to go in first.
The stolen 4 wheeler was loaded onto the owners trailer. The crack baby non-tennant was not home. There was some 'infared' game cameras placed on the property, the numbers were ran on a Chevy truck of 'questionable' origin. It came back to a woman that I have talked to many times! I talked to her again tonite.
She will be sending a rollback in the morning to retrieve her STOLEN truck!
I told the cops about an abandoned house in the woods where a criminal with a stolen 4 wheeler might hide stuff. He thought that it might be a good idea to go look there. I told the cop that I have not been there for 3 years, but I opened the trail with a Subaru.
More fun tomorrow!

Would that house be on Federal Land?
And would be placing stolen stuff on Federal land not be a felony?:D:cool:

It is state land, but the value of the stuff will push it to 'felony' status.
There is $7,000 worth of stuff still un-accounted for, but $40,000 worth recovered.( and I helped)

You need to spend your days with a camcorder strapped to your head and make "The Real World: Cumberland"- you'd make a fortune :lol:. I can't wait for the post one of these days down the road where you have pics of these crackheads in the back of a cruiser :)!

Last conversation with the cops, I told them about an abandoned house on state land. I told them how to find it. I told them that they needed to take 4 wheelers there and ride the trails. I gave them the number of the nice lady that I helped with the clean-up of the state land next door back in Sept. (She saw the illegal dump and the burned up tire beads on my marshmallow roastin place)
They have shot my 'cigar' tree to death in the pasture! They left their 'brass'. I asked the cops about the loaded gun they found in the car. I found 260 Remington brass where my tree was murdered.
I planted that tree 13 years ago, now it is dead.
The buckets of oil are set outside with no cover. I will have to bring the bobcat back to get the contaminated dirt removed.
4 days till COURT!! The 4 wheeler that I helped load thursday night.....I had never SEEN that one!
I thought they were talking about a different machine! They had found one that I had never seen. OK!!

I told the cops to tell the puke that I hid 12 'game cameras' there! I didn't. I only had 4.

I HATE CRACK HEADS!! I HATE THIEVES! I HATE LIARS!! May they ALL burn in HELL!

I am sad. The girlfriend and 2 children are being damaged. The only reason that this thing has gone this far is because I didn't WANT to hurt the girlfriend and her children.

HE 'chose' CRACK rather than grabbing on to the OPPORTUNITY that I offered. I have tolerated his LIES for 7 months!
He has not given me a DIME!! This place costs ME $380. per WEEK!
