Gotta lay off the donuts for a while. Gotta excercise in the off-season. Gotta gotta. I'm due for a physical anyhow. |
I have an electric miller I walk every day on for 15 mins
You should do the same :) |
Used to have a treadmill but got rid of it, so I'm outta luck on running. Going out in the subzero weather would be risky and the oxygen around here is thin when it's this cold.
I guess I could just stay inside and run up and down stairs for a while. Maybe some karate with weights. |
Had you gone into an ER and recited those symptoms, you'd be in the cardiac intensive-care unit right now.
GO SEE A DOCTOR. dcb |

What the heck is a sinus infection?
|
It affects your ears, nose, etc. Usually, you'll feel pressure in your cheekbone areaor your forehead, or your ears will get plugged. And you'll start getting mucus in your throat, green stuff coming out, etc. I've had this condition for a few years now, seems that allergies plus bacteria triggered it. After several waves of medication and a surgery to get rid of it, it came right back. So I just live with it for now. :)
I use claritin and sudafed to keep it in check. And I still get mucus and coughing. and some ear plugging. Craziest thing I learned from my situation is how connected the ears, nose, throat, mouth, and those sinus cavities are. And your brain uses the fluids in your sinuses as a gyroscope to maintain balance, so my sense of balance isn't as good either. |
