94 Emerald with a black spoiler, opinions?
 

attached are pictures of my "emergancy spoiler painting". If you see pictures of it before you'd understand, I was going to run it without a spoiler till I got it painted to match but, discovered a peeling paint the size of two quarters underneath the spoiler. Let me know what you think of it, don't mind the crappy paint on it.,

No, it doesn't work. I would seriously consider taking it off all together. I had the spoiler off for a few weeks when I was going to have it painted by a friend (long story there :rolleyes:) and it looked great. ;) Have you brought it home yet? :lol:

If it were my car, I would just keep the black spoiled and use it my new paint job... of a different color... NOT green

If only that easy, if you have removed it you saw the paint chip missing and with it off and driving it at OTs, actually had it split more so instead of having a crappy truck pealing it was paint the spoiler black.. I know its a bad job but its better then a pealing truck. I did not know it had a chip like that under the spoiler otherwise it'd be off til painted right.

take off the spoiler, fill the holes, wetsand, viola better looking svx than before.

I may get flamed here, but when you move back a ways, it is difficult to see much difference. If it is going to be a short time, I would leave it on and paint the other one quick. That way you don't have to worry about leaks.

just my free opinion. Remember, you get what you pay for. :lol:
