foglight with no power
 

hey everyone,
i got a pair of those plasma foglights off of ebay and when i put them in the left one did not work. well i replaced it and it still did not work. so then i checked for continuity and i got nothing. has anyone had this prob. if so how can i fix it. can you still get these from a dealer. i was wondering cause i work at a gmc dealership and i can get them cheaper through there then from any other source.
