looking for the cams with these specs or where I can get mine ground

these are Lans cams
244 duration 8.1mm lift intake with the 264 duration 9.3mm exhaust

Lans quote
( profiles in my car and it idles nicely at the OE 540 RPMs and shifts at 7800 rpms.)
