I am sick of car dealers on Ebay Motors pulling crap to get more money.

For instance, this auction ended last night with the high bid being a little over $2k.

A few minutes before closing, the seller closes the auction due to a listing error and immediately starts a new auction here with the EXACT same details.

If they are looking for a certain price, put in a reserve. Quit jerking us around.

I was commenting on the actions of the eBay seller, Doug. You can put the hammer down, now.

I don't know that there's really anything we (eBay) could do about a seller pulling crap like that, unfortunately. I'm not well-versed in the Motors policies, though.

I do not hold Ebay accountable for the seller's action. If it is one thing I've learned in life its that no one can ever make rules to prevent A-holes from being A-holes.

All he had to do was put in a reserve price and I wouldn't have said anything.

Why not have eBay require him to buy all of the colored headlight bulbs, wrap kits, and chip kits that seem to be drowning the SVX listing on eBay of late?

Stick a reserve on it, or list a "Buy it Now" price, but don't be bustin' our arses!:mad:
