I need to make my 'farm' produce, or go away!

I am getting older, have more health related issues, etc.
Is anyone interested in 'setting up shop' in Western Md??

I NEED to get this shop making money, or it needs to GO AWAY!!

I have been paying the bills on it for over a year out of my savings or from working out of my brother's shop!

It will be making money in june or I will be the 'former' owner..

I REALLY do not want to sell. I LOVE it there! I just can't afford it anymore.

Payments are current, It is not in danger.(unless I decide to stop paying for it)

This is NOT a joke or a scam!

I have a $200,000 facility that I have only been to 4 times since september!

Parking is limited to 2 ACRES, There are 2 shops 'idle' and 1 occupied.

IF you EVER dreamed of starting your own business, WE need to TALK!!

My back hurts too bad to keep this pace up much longer!

Wow Jerry I was completely unaware of any of your problems, especially relating to this.. What exactly do you do there? I mean, who's the market focused on and what are the responsibilities?

Since you are local, we can talk in person.

I have 2 other shops closer that I work in and I grow tired of taking all I make at them to pay for the one I don't use.

I have been working with my bro at his shop and have 6 bays in my back yard.
