You have to see this Metropolitan!!

We had our British Car Days here in Dayton Ohio yesterday. 300 cars from all over. I put my TR6 in the show as well....won first in class!! But the show stoppers were a MBGB GT / V8 conversion and a Nash Metropolitan!!! I mean who woulda thought to do this and it turn out so nice.

Nice TR-6 you have. Congratulations!

In the past I've put Mazda 12As in a TR6 and a TR250. It works out very nicely. I've also dropped a V6 Buick (similar, but back then they were only carbureted) into a Triumph Herald. Then there's all the 302 Zs, a couple V6 510s, small block Luvs and Datsun pickups...

That nash is wild. I don't really think the styling of the flares and the sidescoop jive with the design of the rest of the car, but it's definitely one of a kind. I'd like to throw an S2000 engine into something like this:

WEEEEEEEE! :D

Me too....

I want to drop the S2000 motor into my daily driver and convert it to rear wheel drive.

Why not plop something into the backseat?

But that's FWD. That'd be a stupid amount of fabrication. Plus I doubt there's room, you'd probably have to move the firewall back. It'd be cool...but.... meh.
