anyone ever remember seeing a tv commercial for the SVX back when they were first being introduced?

Yes, but there weren't too many of them. :o

Still waiting for someone to uncover and re-upload the speeding SVX commercial that's been removed. I remember seeing it a few years ago but haven't found a single trace of it online anywhere.... shame.

I have a tape of Croc, Dundee driving a black 97 'Limited' Outback across the 'other' Outback!! It's the only tape I have of what I own.. ( It is what my wife drives). I REALLY want a tape of 'Mean Mary Jean selling my 65 Cuda!!!

he says: "Part of what I like about the SVX is the styling--the marriage of classic sports car contours (if you cross your eyes a bit), with some incredibly quirky front- and rear-end treatments and bizarrely appealing split front windows. It's weirdly aggressive, oddly elegant, and indisputably interesting.

I'm also evidently the only person on the planet who feels that way."

WHAT!?!?
i'd have to say that everyone on this forum here feels that way too
we have to introduce him to the site

well, we've (my step-dad and i) have done a lot of the minor repairs ourselves but if theres something we need fixed we usually take the svx out to the beardmore subaru dealership in bellevue. the guy out there owns an svx so we figure if we're going to let anyone work on it, hes most qualified
