OT- 95 impreza clutch adjustment?

I know there is a bunch of us Svx guys that are all about subarus, so I hoping someone can help me out? The guys on nasioc are not as friendly as y'all. :)

But anyway, I have a 1995 impreza with a 1.8l 5 speed, the clutch grabs at the very top of the pedal. It don't feel like it is slipping at all. Is there an adjustment other than the 10mm and 12mm bolts by the fork? I tried adjusting them and I'd didn't seem to do anything.*

That's the only adjustment on the cable. Sounds like it's where it should be.

Loosen the nuts on the cable, thee should be a little bit of free play, should not be taunt
