ask dayle, i think that's the one he painted. it'd probably have been mine if it were an ls-l or lsi. :D

wannarace928 01-23-2008 02:17 PM

I actually kinda like it. :o

Was on ebay last year, same location. Didn't make the reserve. Could always paint it Emerald Pearl which I believe was the original color. Like shelfy, if it was only and ls-l or lsi.:(

I don't find it all that bad actually. Except the wing. I've seen a few paint jobs with JGM wings where they do a two-tone, but match the wing to the body instead of the trunk/roof like this one. I hate that.

I like the colour a lot, but I presume it is low spec with the seats it has.

Nice car, I think that colour suits the SVX.

Joe:)

Needs better wheels and a black spoiler. Otherwise, it isn't horrible. I'd never paint a car that color, but hey, someone did.

Gotta be honest....
Looks good to me. I kinda like it. I'd go with a darker Green but maybe when I get my SVX's painted this summer I'll get a dark green and black trunk and spolier ^^. How much a paint job cost anyways.... OT I have to schedule some work with you in the future with my SVX engine

Agreed Nik. I think multispoke wheels would look classy with this colour.

MNYPNNY 01-23-2008 09:53 PM

I like it too.

I don't think it's Dayle's though....his had a black stripe on it.

SubaruSVXCrazy 01-23-2008 09:59 PM

WOW that would have looked much better if they left it green. ;)

I like it. I know of a fellow with a Probe that color, or at least close to. His is called "Spyder Mica Metallic."

I think the SVX would look good with some gunmetal wheels, too.

I like it, but would never do it to one of mine.

Actually, the leather trimmed cloth seats on the '92 look good. The pattern and color of the later year cloth seats just doesn't appeal to me. Shouldn't the carpet in that one be lighter or is just the lsi that was beige?

personally I could go both ways on that color but I absolutely HATE the two tone thing, I wish they would have done the Pearlie white one all white, I just think it looks tacky.
