In the middle of tranny swap, need parts identified please

TCM - Is that the biotch that is smaller than the ECM but under the dash right along side it? It has three connectors if it's the one i'm thinking. Could somebody post a pic with an arrow or something?

Speed sensor - where is it located on the automatic so that I can pull it out? Where do I put it on the new manual tranny? Do I have to do so?
What might be required? (new tranny is a 99 impreza outback 5mt)

I think that's it. I just finished modifiing my pedal assembly and I'm starting on the tranny mounts now. Hopefully done next week!!!

Yeah, the TCU is piggybacked on the ECU.

The speed sensor on your auto is right next to the dipstick for the front diff, on the right side of the front of the trans. It has 3 wires.
On the MT there will be a tail coming out of the middle of the right side with either a electronic speed sensor attached or a speedo cable attached.

You'll need to move your speed sensor to this location.
