Tell Yer Wife...

the SVX stands for Safety Vehicle Experimental. I bought mine because along with all the other great aspects of the SVX it's one of the safest cars on the road. In addition to the superb driving dynamics that may allow you to avoid the accident in the first place (always preferrable), it's built like a 3600 lb. tank, (gives you a fighting chance against an SUV), with a built in roll cage, air bags, big six cyl engine and trans in front providing excellent front impact protection and v. good rear end protection. 'Course when you tell her all this she may want it for herself...

In other words, a stout vehicle! Not a coffin on the road at all.

But that's a great reason to be buried in it one day. Beats the hell out of a pine box.

Okay, okay, back to the $200 deal!

Gas mileage is unaffected, unless you are a stop-and-go driver, in which case it would already be low.

The purpose of the unit is to improve low end torque while de-leaning the low end a/f mix to help prevent predetonation.
