Tom's son is broken down in Bowling Green, KY, on his way back to his base in Texas. If there is ANYONE in the area who is mechanically inclined and can help, PLEASE call Tom at 301-707-3437.

Aredubjay is in Owensboro, KY (about 70 miles away)

Huck is in Somerset, KY (about 100 miles away)

I looked it 10hrs... if it was in Tennessee I'd drive out it since thats only 4 -5

UPDATE
Nick drove to the local Advance Auto Parts and bought a "dofer" four rib Dayco pulley, and a matching four rib belt.
He is as we speak, trying to remove the remains of the alternator/power steering pump idler pulley from the bolt.
Huck is in route to lend a hand, and Mark5 is also in route from Cincinnatti Ohio!

They only allow him (as Air Force Property) to drive 500 miles a day!

About two or three days ago we changed his AC belt, and adjusted both belts.
I spun the pulleys and felt no notchieness, noise, or undue friction.:confused:

Its a car, and things just happen.

500 miles a day? I could see that for riding a bike but driving! I guess that's what you get when you get a bunch of fly boys together. I'm sure Huck will have him set up in no time at all. Did you overtighten that belt by chance?:lol:
