T-shirts
Sorry for another post on this, but someone brought up a good point to me so I thought I should ask.
IN buying T-shirts for specific events, like Spring Classic, would you rather buy: 1 A quality T-shirt in a predetermined color with images silk screen printed (slightly more durable) in 1 or 2 colors at most for around $10-$12, no shipping if given day of event. or... 2 A quality T-shirt in white only with full color images printed by a heat process (slightly less durable) for around $15-$17, plus shipping (can't give day of event). Sounds confusing and technical I know. For those that may have seen the Fall Colors T-shirts, that is option 2. Only can be made on a white shirt, but the image is full color and can be a complex graphic, almost photo-realistic. The image is done by a heat process and wears out over time. Option 2 would be like most of you probably have a T-shirt from some local event you have attended, like a fun run, car show, etc. A lot of these you will notice only have one or two colors, each additional color costs $$$. If they are screen printed the colors stay bold for a very long time. Down side of course is the images can't be quite as complex and colorful. Can be done on any color shirt though. |
