remote door locks
 

i just wondered if i am doing something wrong , but when i hit the remote button.to lock the car.. the horn does the quick beeping..and sometimes the door locks lock, or sometimes they dont do anything after the beeping, but unlock ..its kinda anoing, because i have to look into the window to see it it locked! good thing the remote only works a few feet away!! any sugestions?

I am not sure about the remote unlock but I know how to extend the range of the remote.

Press the end tip of the remote to your chin and you can extend the power of the remote by another 10 feet.

should i stand in a bucket of water too?? maybe throw an extension cord in the water!....or were u being compleatly serious?

During the mid west meet, we discovered that aformationed position gives the best range for the SVX remote. The taller you are the more range you will have.

Also dropping the remote helps once in a while.

Hahaha...I have the same problem as this guy. The remotes suck.

Does it help to wear your Uncle Martin (My Favorite Martian) hat with antennae?

I think it would. Never tried it though. Man, one of these days, my head is going to explode. Cell phone (my only phone i have), and my car remote.
