Shifting Tran

Sooo , what is the MAN button really for ? I try using it , I see no difference between shifting it with or with out it
I pressed it in I see no dee-fur'annce

The manual button allows your car to take off in 2nd gear. It's for use on icy or extremely wet roads. Cuts the torque on take-off to avoid spinning.

Also has no effect with the shifter in 1st or 4th.
