Believe it or not...
...I just made the Justy more annoying than it was to begin with. :p
The muffler was in tatters and one of the hangers broke off, so I had a shop cut it off and weld on a piece of pipe. It's actually quieter at idle - mostly because the rattling, squeaking and banging are gone - but once it gets up in the revs (I have no idea what point - no tach) there's this big BRAAAP. Hee hee. Oh, and it backfires. Little Justy 'pops.' :D |

You must look like a 30 yr old ricer-wanna-be driving around in that 'popping' thing! :D -Chike |
You should've had them weld on an actual coffee can! :D
That little Justy would look killer with a 7" ricer tach on the dash! :D |
I found that my Justy wasn't really louder at all without the muffler. Most of the sound was lost in the 2 cats.
(Of course now it has no cats and no muffler...now THAT'S loud!) |

I do still have the cats in place...I can't take them off in stock class... |

Anyway, yeah, it makes me laugh every single time I drive it. It's not really 'ricey,' though. The bigger wheels (13") I put on are from an old Celica, so they don't stand out. It's not slammed. Now, if I did some ground-effect lighting... :p |
