BIG problem.

I noticed considerable amount of lag in my supercharger this morning, so I decided to investigate. I pulled off my turbo manifold and found a peice of an apex seal in the compressor housing. Someone told me that they think I blew a crankshaft valve. Has anyone here experienced this?

And no, I'm not stupid. I already tried flicking the solenoid switch.

Evidently not enough. I just noticed that my muffler tip gaskets are leaking. Maybe that's why the car's been slow lately.

Don't you know a superturbo when you see one? I think the wiring was wrong. I just changed the wires. I had some spare speaker wire.

Apex seals? Crank valves? One of them exsits, non of them pertain to an SVX.

Subafreak 02-04-2003 07:53 PM

I hate to tell you but some body sold you early 300Z, not an SVX.

92SvxChick 02-04-2003 07:54 PM

300zx or 3000gt?

Is that a 300zx or a 3000gt....I'm almost positive that it's a 300zx!!

Do you think MAACO is trying to rip me off? They say I need new crankshaft valves, along with a new clutch drum. Should I just forget about this transmission and buy a street ported JDM tranny? They come with new clutch drums.

Now I know your screwing with us. May be it's a Canadian thing? Or maybe you are on good drugs.

Ticallion 02-04-2003 08:23 PM

Maybe it's both? Maybe i need new visors? WHY OH WHY doesn't anyone have some cheap visors!!! :(

Subafreak 02-04-2003 08:35 PM

Because it's not a Legacy it's an SVX!
