Getting a tranny flush and injector cleaning

As a precaution and to keep things up to snuff I'm getting a tansmission flush/tune-up at the local Subaru dealer, along with an injector cleaning. Anything I should ask about/for as this stuff is done? They seem to know about the SVX, but I wanted to ask here. Thanks!

Do you have the tranny filter? Are they goigng to drop the pan, replace the screen filter and clean off the magnet?
