Wow, 50 years at full power with no mechanical failures, that's amazing! Why can't they build car engines like that? lol

If they did, why would you buy another one? they'd have great sales, for about 10 years. then they'd go out of business.

Ahh yes, the fuel-oil powered Sulzer. Truly an engineering marvel. Seems like anytime a "huge engine" post starts up, this motor is not far behind.
