The first couple were actually taken this morning in my driveway. The rest are only a few weeks old.

Beautiful Tom. Congrats on the potential sale. What's next for you? Impreza RS or a 5spd SVX?

Well lets see what happens with this first. I'm not getting my hopes up or anything. If the deal goes through I will be looking for a 5 spd subaru. Most likley an impreza or a WRX. My mom said she is going to help me pay for a newer subaru...probably a certified used car. If Ray takes my SVX i know it will be on good hands. He seems like a really good guy. But I got to tell you...my insides are crying because of how badly I want to keep it. But as a poor college student this might be the deal that helps me save money :p . But ya know if i have to keep the SVX then so be it...i aint complaining :D

She should definitely be in good hands with Sir Romeo! ;)

If you're a poor college student, my advice would be to look at Impreza RS's ONLY! The WRX will only present similar $$$ problems - higher insurance rates, costly repairs when parts break, etc.

I waited a while to buy my WRX as my wife and I wanted to be sure we could truly afford to *own* the car. As it turns out, I waited so long that we could have stretched and bought an STI, but it wouldn't have been worth the financial risk. You're always better off in the long run working well within your budget...

Well if the SVX does indeed go then we will be buying a car from a dealership with a warranty. My mom won't have it any other way since she is going to help me pay. We'll see what happens. Even if I have to end up keeping the SVX i dont care...you know how much I love my car :)

Car looks beautiful.

I know how much you love your car why don't you keep it? Provided, you're not chike that has a family growing up and forced to sell ... :D

If your mom is helping you with buying a new used car, why can't she help you maintaining the svx? :p Is that so much different? Can you really save a lot of money from switching to other car? How much? :p

Thank you. She doesn't help me with my car now because she looks at it like its a 13 year old car so its not worth it. She doesn't look behind its age to see how rare and cool it is. To her its just a 13 yr old car. My brother doesnt make things better because he thinks the same way so its always 2 against 1. Of course if my dad was still here it would be different because he was also a subaru fan like me :D . She just thinks its better off for me if I get a newer car especially since im commuting back and forth to the Bronx everyday for school and since im dying for a 5 spd :D . But like i said if this deal doesn't go through i wont be dissapointed because in the end i'll still be driving a great car :)
