ok, my 02 sensor is bad, the obd controller said that o2 sensor, 1st bank, 3rd sensor is bad, i need help to figure out which one that is....:eek::confused:

:confused::confused: What year is your car? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but OBD1 cars (92-94) have only two O2 sensors, one on each exhaust pipe just after the headers. The OBD2 cars have a third one positioned just behind the main catalytic converter.

i have a 96

96's have three O2 sensors, so if someone said to me "third sensor" I would assume it's the one behind the main cat. Don't take that to the bank though, I'm no expert and I'm sure someone will chime in here sortly to answer this properly.
