Now that's just showing off!:p

Hey, that's a good point, shouldn't the anniversary editions be silver, since it was the silver anniversary? What's up with the red?

Silver Anniversary = 25 years, just like the Golden Anniversary is 50 years (and there are stones or gems to go along with practically every other anniversary from 1 to 60 lol)

You can add me to the list Earl. Turned 114K-miles yesterday. Not sure how to tell the manufacture number though? Still have most of the 25th Anniversary sticker in the left rear window!!

Glenn,
Manufacture number is in your VIN. If you do a search on VIN Decode, you'll probably find the formula as to how to determine your MFG #.

To the best of my knowledge, the MFG # is the last 3 of the VIN.

Earl, add me to the list, Info is in my signature. Also, as far as I know, I have the "oldest" Anniversary Edition here.

Thanks Randy and Chris. Last 6 digits are 101063, so it's number 63? Still wondering.

I have one. :) I drove it to work today, so all my coworkers are watching the skies for snow. :p

You would be correct.

Excellent! Thanks Chris. So it sounds like our cars may have
"met" at the factory!! :D

Does the VIN formula go the same for 92's?

Because the last 3 numbers of my VIN are 001.

halistan 03-10-2004 06:58 PM

i'm #151

I've got a 93 anniversary Ed. as well. Mine is #151. Marisa (Kozycatt) down in San Antonio has a 93 and i think hers is a few ahead of mine. Hers is like 148 or something.

good question. i was thinking they started with the last four digits making 0001 the first. but if it follows the '93 formula, then 1001 would be the first, make mine #599.
