well i am a proud svx owner but i havent seen mine in about 3 months...bc i have been stuck in this **** hole...IRAQ...its getting hotter and hotter everyday..wishing i was riding around in my airconditioned svx...but that will have to wait for another 3 months..hope everybody is having fun...peace

Sorry to hear that you have to spend the summer months there. My marine friend finally got out of Tikrit and onto a boat. Do you have regular web access?

svxmofo, thanks for serving.....very much. Where I live, everybody is so proud of what the troops and the president have done. Most people have grumbled for years about nothing being done. I'm sure it sucks to be where your at, but I'm glad the war lasted only a few weeks instead of months like they thought.
EVERYBODY wants the men and woman home with their families.

well guys im doing alright...told the other day that well be home early september...kind of a long time away..but yes i do have regular web access...its monitored by the military..so people dont look at porn and ****..its been about 130 here...happy memorial day...not too much has gone down lately..its cooled off...still have **** going on everyday...but not too close to base...cant wait to get back..thanks for the support..

well boys got the word today that it will either be july 15th or august 15th that we start coming home...dont know which yet..still getting confirmation..i hope july...bc its already about 130 over here...and its the hottest in august...well just letting everyone know im doing alright...keep you guys posted..peace

svxmofo.......so tell us. How do the common people of Iraq treat you guys there??? are most good and happy they are free. are there some bad asses running around screwing things up for you and the citizens???? whats really going on in the streets etc.
