Auto Shoulder belt trouble
 

On the driver's side, the automatic shoulder belt doesn't always come forward when you open the car door. If you leave the ignition on, it will always work. If you shut the car off, then open the door, sometimes it will go forward and sometimes it won't.

Here's my question: Can the faulty control module cause this when only the driver's side acts up? The passenger's side always works fine.
