Vanity Mirror Light
 

Can someone tell me what kind of lightbulb it needs? My boyfriend works at Pep Boys. He looked up the SVX, but could not find the part/type of bulb. If anyone can help me out, I'd appreciate it.

The part number for the bulb is 84920GA450 and is about $1.95 from Subaru

I have never seen that bulb available from anyone besides Subaru.

Just sucks that the shipping costs more than the bulb itself.

I've been trying to fix my droppy visor (without much luck) but I found that the bulb for the light was fine but the wire that goes through the hinge for the visor had been mangled. Both wires had been cut from the movement of the visor. You might want to check that because I think it's a common problem, at least on the drivers side.

Yeah, good tip!

I had to fix the wiring for both visors. Found out one bulb was ok and the other was blown. I also found that if you do need to fix the wires that you use slightly smaller wires and they will last longer.
