Price for the B&M Trany cooler#70255

I received a price for the B&M Auto Transmission SuperCooler part#70255 for $69.00CAN
Is this a good price, and do I need any other components to install it? If so, what would they be?

I paid 52 bucks US for mine. I have been told it could be had for less. It comes with everything needed to install....
