I miss her
 

A few days before leaving for Iraq I got an alignment, new rubbers, and some fluid swaps on my svx.. she rode like a dream on a cloud. For those few days I didn't have a care in the world. Now here I am sitting in Iraq and all I can think about is losing myself down the freeway just one more time with her.

Im sorry man that sucks... How long are you stationed there? My brother just got there and has to stay for a year... I cant imagine how it must be over there...

Hang in there buddy and you'll be home before you know it. I hope all is well and you return home safely and soon.

Right now my daily job is to show up at work, catch the news and football scores for about an hour, then install communication radios (sincgars) into EOD trucks in the shop. I have no idea what EOD stands for, but they're the guys who go out and blow up unexploded bombs (IED's) that people find. I do about one truck every day or two. When I bust my butt I can knock one out in an hour and a half and be done with the day by lunch, then watch some more sports center until I feel like leaving in the afternoon.

Some days there's no work at all, other days I have to work late. It just depends how many trucks we get in needing work. It's almost laid back enough to be a chair force job :D. The crappy part about it is I'm in there with another sergeant from my unit who can't stand not being busy, so I'm often dragged elsewhere for dumb person work like sweeping and crap. The good part about it is when I get home I'm finally done with my 8 years. F this unit, and F coming in once a month to sit around and "look busy." For now I just want to lay low and let the rest of this year slide by as quickly as possible.

What do you mean "if" ?? I'm putting the girlfriend to work for the last week of this deployment :D. I've already planned out the first day of being home. Drive home with both of my fully detailed women, hump one of them, go take a drive alone with the other, come back and get sloppy drunk and hump again, then eat a chipotle burrito. Damn I miss chipotle.

Dang...I'm jealous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (that is of your plans when you return....lol)
