Popular Mechanics finally went to the trouble of dynoing a bunch of these crappy things to show they just plain suck.

I love the last three lines in their review of these 'products':

Good article. I figured those things did nothing but I didn't expect that they would hurt that much.

What's with you doomsayers??? Haven't you watched the infomercials? How can you possibly think about doubting some guy that taped two 2 ltr bottles togethor with some water in them? He used quality duct tape. What more can you ask for?
