Two sightings in less than a week
Well after not seeing another SVX for a long time, I finally saw not one, but two, and all in the same week.
The first one was a claret in Manlius, NY on 5-27. This was the first SVX that I had ever seen while I was driving mine, so I got really excited and laid on the horn. The second SVX that I spotted was on the way back from Boston for the weekend at the Iriquois rest stop on the NY thruway. It was a nice Barcelona Red with a RIT sticker on it. Was driving my sister's 1984 Volvo 240 DL home, so I was embarassed to pull up and wait for the driver to discuss our cars. Just wondering if these nice cars belong to anybody on here...if not, then they should be. Caleb |

Hey, if that '84 is still on the road after 20+ years - you have nothing to be embarassed about! Volvo's rock! ;)
-Chike P.S. How many miles are on it? Quote:

Yes, Volvo's are great cars and it ran strong the whole way home. It is a proud member of the 200,000 high mileage club, with around 230,000 miles.[

That's awesome. Hope the owners of those two SVX's are on here. I've spotted two SVX's thus far, and I'm 1/2 in finding out who they belong to... :D
