At Last

Just thought I would let you good people know I am on the road at last after 2 months having the transmission rebuilt and it does drive very nicely indeed although am taking it very easy until parts bed in. Has been a long time but woth waitiing for. All I need now is an A/C relay and a centre bearing for the prop shaft. Any ideas??

Many thanks in advance

Ring Jamie in Twigworth.

They are breaking a '94 JDM car. I got the engine/gearbox and some other parts. I expect they will have the A/C relay, and probably also the centre prop shaft bearing.

Thanks very much for the info. I had already tried them but they would only sell the complete prop which I don't need and funds are limited after the rebuild. The bearing is not too bad but it will have to be done sometime.
As for the A/C relay, I misread my fusebox and the relay was in place. Had it gassed and all works a treat. Am enjoying my SVX very much. Just as much as my XT experience.

Thanks for the info, much appreciated

p.s. how is Alceyone pronounced? would be nice to tell people the right thing when they ask

Thanks for the link David. I was never aware of the kingfisher connotation.

Stars are all very fine, but a kingfisher makes a very aristocratic and colourful logo, don't you think?

:D
